Dark Knight on top, Honey underneath. SC Knight's Heart is one of our own, born August 18, 2024. She's by PCC Dark Knight and out of our cow Ritzy American Honey. Dark Knight was bred by Pace Cattle Co and is owned by Cold Copper Ranch. He's measured over 90 inches tip to tip. His sire, JH Rural Safari Son, goes back to JH Rurally Screwed and Night Safari BL833, and his dam, PCC Dazzle Doll, is a PCC Rim Rock daughter out of WF Dumpling. Her dam brings in Delta Lucky Ace. Lucky Ace was the 2021 HSC Ultimate Bull and has measured 87 13/16 inches. Honey herself measured 82⅝ inches in March 2026, and she's out of T Bar W Ritzy Lady, an SDR Spartacus daughter. Knight's Heart is coming along the way we'd hoped. She went from 16¾ inches in March 2025 to 41½ inches tip to tip in March 2026, when she was a little past 19 months old. That's a lot of growth in one year. She's a full sister to SC Sweet Tennessee Knight and a half sister to SC Tiger Lilly N8ive Queen, so we're getting a good look at what Honey does with different bulls. So far we like what we see, and we can't wait to watch this one finish out.
